I am a born and raised Montanan, and come from 4 generations of farmers and ranchers. The Montana land is in my blood and makes up the very foundation of who I am. That's why I'm so excited to help you find the right property for your business and family.
My life experiences have given me insight and practical answers to every question you might have during your buying or selling process. I have 10 years experience as a general contractor building custom homes throughout Montana. I've also worked directly with farmers offering hands-on ag insight while working for a federal crop insurance company. Raised among family ranches in eastern Montana, I have experience with livestock and crop management, and can offer the local knowledge that will help you make the right decisions for your operation.
As a realtor with The Ranch Mart, I help ranchers sell or buy their next property-- or just help every day folks find a great place in the country.
The Ranch Mart is a real estate company located in the Billings Livestock Commission building in Billings, Montana. The company was founded in 1977, and together with owner Jim Espy, the sales team has a combined farm and ranch sales experience of 66 years.
