YELLOWSTONE VALLEY IRRIGATED FARM

This farm is located in Custer County, Montana, near Miles City.  There are 444 acres with 317 acres sprinkler irrigated with pivots.  The water is free and pumped from two sites on the Yellowstone River.  Improvements include a remodeled four bedroom home, shop at new grain storage.
